This A2 lightbox fine art photography print by Gavin Evans is composed of  six sequential black and white studio portraits of Jarman — nude, and made the year before his death in February 1994. Filmmaker, painter, and activist, Jarman was one of the most uncompromising figures in British cultural life of the twentieth century; his films — Sebastiane (1976), Jubilee (1978), Caravaggio (1986), and Blue (1993) — remain a foundational reference in queer visual culture.
