Production Time Each print is made to order and carefully prepared by hand. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order is dispatched.
Shipping Rates Shipping is free for all orders within Europe and the United Kingdom. Orders to Australia, Canada, and the United States are subject to a shipping fee, which is calculated at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times After dispatch, please allow the following estimated delivery times:
- Germany: 2–4 business days
- European Union: 5–7 business days
- United Kingdom: 7–10 business days
- USA & Canada: 7–14 business days
- Australia: 10–21 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–21 business days
Packaging & Tracking All prints are professionally packed in sturdy, reinforced packaging to ensure safe delivery. Orders are shipped with tracking — once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Customs, Duties & Taxes Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, local taxes, or customs fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are levied by your country's customs authority — not by The Print Room Berlin — and are the responsibility of the buyer. We have no control over these fees and are unable to predict their amount. If you are unsure whether additional charges may apply, please contact your local customs office before placing your order.
