Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 30-day return period from the date of receipt of your order.
Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your print must be returned in the same condition in which it was received — in its original packaging and with proof of purchase. Items returned without a prior return request cannot be accepted.
How to request a return
Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at info@theprintroom.berlin. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions and a prepaid return label. Returns should be sent to:

Damage and defects
Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery. If your print arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@theprintroom.berlin and we will resolve the issue.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please request a return and place a new order once your return has been accepted.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional processing time. If more than 15 working days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@theprintroom.berlin.
Right of Withdrawal
Withdrawal right
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us — Gavin Evans Photography UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Carmerstraße 1, 10623 Berlin, Germany, info@theprintroom.berlin — of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous statement (for example, an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery (except for any supplementary costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction; you will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired. ThePrintRoom.Berlin will bear the cost of returning the goods; a prepaid return label will be provided.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Note on made-to-order items
Please note that as all prints at ThePrintRoom.Berlin are produced to individual order, the statutory right of withdrawal may be limited under applicable EU and German law (§ 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB). We nonetheless offer a voluntary 30-day return period in the event that a print is received damaged or defective. For any questions, please contact info@theprintroom.berlin.
