Nick Cave, Australian musician, singer-songwriter, author, and actor. Cave first gained recognition as the frontman of the post-punk band The Birthday Party in the late 1970s. He later formed the alternative rock band Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds. His lyrics often explore themes of love, loss, redemption, and existential longing.
