Shipping
Shipping is free on all orders within Europe and the United Kingdom.
Orders to Australia, Canada and the United States are subject to a shipping charge, calculated at checkout.
Every print is made to order and prepared by hand. Please allow 2-5 working days for production before dispatch. Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
Germany: 2–4 working days European Union: 5–7 working days United Kingdom: 7–10 working days United States and Canada: 7–14 working days Australia: 10–21 working days Rest of world: 10–21 working days
All prints are professionally packed in rigid, reinforced packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Orders are shipped with tracking — you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Import duties, taxes and customs charges
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, local taxes or customs charges upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are levied by your country's customs authority, not by The Print Room Berlin, and are the responsibility of the buyer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. If you are unsure whether additional charges may apply, please check with your local customs office before placing your order.
