Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your print must be in the same condition in which it was received, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
How to request a return
Contact us at info@theprintroom.berlin within 30 days of receiving your order. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions and a return shipping label. Returns should be sent to:

Damages and defects
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your print arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@theprintroom.berlin and we will resolve the issue.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please request a return and place a new order once the return has been accepted.
European Union — 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right under EU consumer law to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund. If more than 15 working days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@theprintroom.berlin.
